Therapists operate from Monday to Friday 08h00 – 19h00 Saturday & Sunday 08h00 – 18h30
SPA BANHOEK LODGE TREATMENTS MINIMUM CALL OUTThe minimum call out fee for in-room treatments is R600 per therapist.
SPA BANHOEK LODGE TREATMENTS ARRIVAL TIMEPlease be advised that guests should be in their room 15 minutes prior to the appointment time as late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
SPA BANHOEK LODGE TREATMENTS CANCELLATION POLICYA 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any treatments cancelled less than 5 hours prior to the appointment.
