The rolls are freshly baked, in-house, every morning and fries are hand-cut in Hudson’s kitchen daily. With more than 20 burgers to choose from, you may need to return more than once.

This cozy restaurant has been serving up good food prepared with quality ingredients in a comfortable environment for many years. They are particularly well known for their award-winning burgers, such as the Boksom Bende Burger, which recently won the Woodfees “Burger War”. This indulgent meal consists of a pure 180g beef burger topped with creamy bella mushroom sauce, melted cheddar, caramelized onions, bacon strips and crisp rocket. All burgers on the menu are also served with crispy wafer fries that Basic Bistro seasons with rosemary, coarse salt and balsamic glaze.
